# My Locks aren't running, How to solve this?

If your locks are not working, make sure App Embeds for LockPro is enabled. You can do it From your store, Click on > Online store > Themes > Customize (whichever theme you want the lock to run)

On App Embeds, Slide the button to enable LockPro&#x20;

Click on Save button to so that you save the changes (without this step, you actions wont be saved)

If you followed everything properly then from banner you can enable lockPro, upon successful enabling the banner will be disappeared.
